Mandsaur: A unique case of domestic fight between husband and wife has come to light in Mandsaur of Madhya Pradesh. The wife went to the court to get a divorce when the husband did not take her for a ride on his scooty. When the matter reached the National Lok Adalat, even the judge was surprised. In fact, the husband did not take his wife on a scooty of her choice’s colour, and she got angry and went to her parent’s house. She did not agree even after the husband tried to convince her several times. When the matter reached the court, both of them were counselled.
Because of this a dispute started between husband and wife
When the court counselled both of them, it was found that the husband and wife used to work at a cloth shop. Both of them had bought a purple coloured scooty from their savings. However, the husband used to go to work alone on the scooty and the wife had to go to work by auto or on foot. Due to this, a quarrel started between the two due to resentment. The wife got upset and went to her maternal home and did not listen even after the husband tried to convince her several times.
On the orders of the court, the husband took his wife for a ride on his scooter
The court asked the husband whose choice was the color of the scooter. The husband pointed towards his wife. After this, the court of Justice Gangacharan Dubey asked the husband to take his wife for a ride on the scooter and get the scooter registered in his wife’s name. This made the angry wife happy and she agreed to live with her husband, forgetting all her grievances.
Both got married in April 2021
Let us tell you that Mandsaur resident Pragya (name changed) was married to Manoj of Neemuch on 29 April 2021. Both also had a daughter. After a few days, there was a dispute between the husband and wife, so the wife went to her maternal home. When the husband went to take her, the people of the maternal side quarreled and drove him away. After this, husband Manoj applied for divorce in the family court. Due to the wisdom of Judge Gangacharan Dubey, the relationship of both was saved from breaking and they agreed to live together again.
