
Raw mango chutney
To make raw mango chutney, you will need a cup chopped raw mango, 3/4 cup jaggery, a teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 1/4 short spoon red chili powder, 1/4 small spoon turmeric powder, half small spoon crushed cumin, half big spoon lemon juice and salt. First step- First of all, peel and cut the raw mango. Now put half cup of water in a pan and bail it well.

Fourth step- After this, reduce the flame of gas and let this mixer cook for about 10 minutes.
Fifth step- After about 10 minutes you can add lemon juice to this sauce. Let the sauce cook for about 2 minutes after adding lemon juice.
Sixth step- Finally you have to turn off the gas and let this chutney cool down.
