1 raw mango, cold water, cumin powder, black salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and sugar
Method of making common jhora
First step: First of all, turn on the gas and fry raw mangoes on it and fry it well. After roasting the raw mangoes, peel it well when it cools down. Now on mangoes
Second step: Now add cold water to a bowl and remove the entire pulp while mashing the raw mango. Separate the gutli and mix cumin powder, black salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and sugar.
Third step: Add mango pulp and spices to cold water. Cool the mango jhora and pour it into the glass and serve with a piece of ice.
