Robot optimus was first introduced in September 2022. Now it has changed a lot.
Tesla has unveiled the latest version of his humanoid robot ‘Optimus’. Now this robot is capable of doing almost all the daily work in its home. Even now it can cook and can do cleanliness work in the house.
Tesla and SpaceX’s CEO Ellon Musk has shared a video of the robot on the social media platform X, in which he is easily doing everyday domestic work. This video of Musk’s vision of AI-Operated Home Assistant is becoming increasingly viral.
In the video, optimus can be seen shaking utensils with a spoon, vacuum the floor and cleaning the table with a brush and dustpan. While doing all this, he is following the instructions in peace. While sharing the video, Musk wrote, ‘The biggest product ever.’
Optimus has now become more advanced than before, let’s see what work can be done…

Can cook food.

The garbage can be put in dustbin.

Can run the microwave and open and close the curtains of the house.

Optimus robots can do work on clothing, cleaning with vacuum cleaner, keeping goods in the droor and tearing the paper and cleaning them.
Understanding of delicate-stag, robot can lift eggs
Humanoid robot optimus was first introduced during the ‘Tesla AI Day’ event in October 2022. Last year, a new generation of its new generation ‘Optimus Jane 2’ was unveiled. The upgraded model may run 30% faster and also has a better balance. Its weight is also 10 kg less.
Optimus Jane 2’s hands have been changed. This is faster than the previous version. It understands how to raise delicate and strong things. In the robot video, the eggs are seen to be kept and keeping it elsewhere.

Robot can choose things based on color
Optimus has been trained to select things based on color. It selects the blocks of colors and separates itself. In addition, it also improves itself when there is a mistake. It is being developed to replace low-skilled labor.
Its humanoid form has been designed in such a way that it can complete human tasks ranging from shopping in supermarkets to working on factory podters lines.

Optimus Jane 2 robot can move like humans
Optimus Jane 2 Robot can also imitate human-like dance moves. It is able to do so due to better Human Foot Geometry and Technical Endeavation like new TO section.

Optimus is now able to move your hands and feet with the help of vision and joint position encoder.
Full self-driving technology with 8 autopylot cameras and AI
Optimus uses Tesla’s full self-driving (FSD) technology and AI, which is used in Tesla’s electric cars. It has 8 autopylot cameras, sensors and a FSD computer, which helps to understand and navigate it nearby.
There is an interactive screen on the face, which is to show the message and communicate. Optimus has 5 fingers and opposite thumbs in the hands of optimus, which enable it to do complex functions like humans, such as the use of tools, holding objects or lifting delicate things (such as eggs).
The Gen 2 model has better hand mobility and tactling sensors, which make it more accurate. Tesla’s Humanoid robot ‘Optimus’ may be available by the end of next year, right now it is in the development phase.

Production and Price: Robot will be cheaper than Tesla’s car According to media reports, Tesla is planning to start a limited production of robots in 2025. Initially it will be designed for Tesla’s car factories. It is planned to get it available for other companies in 2026.
CEO Ellon Musk has explained its expected price at an event. According to him, the price of the robot can be 20 to 30 thousand dollars i.e. about 16-24 lakh rupees, which makes it cheaper than Tesla’s electric car.
