Panaji: In a tragic incident on Friday morning in Ponda town of Northern Goa, a flock of stray dogs attacked and killed an innocent girl of one and a half years. According to police, the incident took place in Durgabhatta ward, where 18 -month -old Anabia Sheikh was playing outside her relative’s house. Police said that 4 to 5 stray dogs suddenly attacked the girl and started scratching her. Anabia, who was seriously injured in the dog attack, was immediately rushed to the nearest government hospital, but the doctors declared her dead.
