Saif Ali Khan’s attacker has not been caught yet
Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked with a knife by an intruder who entered his house with the intention of theft at midnight on 17 January, due to which the actor suffered serious injuries. The actor has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where he is undergoing treatment. Police have recorded the statement of his family and staff in this regard. It has been more than 48 hours since the attack on Saif Ali Khan, but till now the police has not been able to catch the attacker.
Where is Saif Ali Khan’s attacker?
To catch Saif Ali Khan’s attacker, 28 teams of Mumbai Police and Crime Branch have been formed, which are searching for the accused, but till now the police are empty handed. In such a situation, the question remains that where is the attacker? So far 40-50 people have been interrogated in this case. Mumbai Police interrogated several suspects roaming around Bandra and Saip Ali Khan’s house. Police is busy finding the link of the accused. But, till now the accused has not been caught by the police. Bandra Police officer said that efforts are being made to identify all these accused by showing them the photograph of the suspect.
Where did the attacker abscond?
Since Saif Ali Khan’s attacker has gone missing, Mumbai Police suspects that the accused has gone to or around Mumbai by taking a local train or express train from Bandra station. Several police teams are investigating the CCTV of local train station and express train railway station. Till now the police have not found any criminal record of that thief nor has the police received information about his family or any friend.

Police released CCTV footage of the building
Hours after the attack on Saif Ali Khan, Mumbai Police had also released CCTV footage of the building, in which the accused can be seen coming down the stairs. On Friday, based on the footage, the police had detained a suspect, but after interrogation it was made clear that he was not the attacker.
