Prime Minister Narendra Modi held talks with the top professionals of India and the world on Friday (7 February), who is part of the advisory board of Waves Summit. He had virtual conversations with film personalities like Amitabh Bachchan, Diljit Dosanjh, Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Chiranjeevi, Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher and AR Rahman. The Prime Minister interacted with Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Mahindra & Mahindra Chairman Anand Mahindra and many more famous business tycoon.
PM Modi updated on Waves Summit
Showing a glimpse of his conversation on X (Twitter), the Prime Minister wrote, ‘Global Summit that brought the world of entertainment, creativity and culture together, Waves’ Advisory Board meeting has just concluded. Advisory Board members are the best stars from different fields, who have not only shown their support in it, but also shared many great suggestions to further our efforts to make India a global entertainment center. In December 2024, PM Modi announced the launch of the World Audio Visual Entertainment Summit (Waves), stating that India is an important step towards making India even better worldwide. He also urged the youth working in the creative field to attend this summit.
Why Waves Summit Meeting held?
The meeting discussed innovation, global leadership, India’s cultural, technical influence and strategies to improve India’s position on the world stage. Waves Summit, which is known for bringing thoughtful leaders from different fields together. Its purpose is to promote cross-industry cooperation and pursue India in the digital-technical economy.
Chiranjeevi promises PM Modi
At the same time, megastar Chiranjeevi also attended the meeting of the Advisory Board of World Audio Visual Entertainment (Waves). In his post, he thanked Prime Minister Modi for joining the Advisory Board of Waves. Chiranjeevi promised that all of them together will help them to take #waves India’s ‘soft power’ to heights and make India the center of global content.
