BJP started membership campaign
Mumbai: BJP is getting a lot of support from Muslims on the issue of Bangladeshis. BJP has started membership campaign in Muslim dominated areas, where it is getting good response. Muslims are saying that we are with Modi. Illegal Bangladeshis should be driven away. We will also support the government. He says that BJP does not do politics of temple and mosque, there are some anti-social elements who are doing all this. Muslims are also getting the benefits of the schemes of the Central and State Government, that is why they are becoming members of BJP. Many Muslims say that because of Bangladeshis all Muslims are infamous and commit crimes. Why should we all be defamed because of him? We will support BJP.

Membership campaign is being run by BJP. In such a situation, BJP is trying to remove the anti-Muslim tag. BJP has especially targeted Muslim dominated areas in the membership campaign. Through this campaign, there is an attempt to get Muslim vote bank in view of the upcoming BMC elections.
There is an area in Mumbai named Govandi. Samajwadi Party leader Abu Azmi is the MLA from here. The population here is lakhs of Muslims and a few thousand belong to the rest of the community. In such a situation, a membership campaign is being run under the leadership of BJP’s minority department leader Wasim Khan and Wasim has claimed that the Muslim community is joining BJP on the strength of the schemes of the BJP government.
To test the claims of the BJP leader, we talked to many Muslim people who had come to take membership, they said that they themselves want Bangladeshis to return because the country is already overpopulated and their criminal attitude. All Muslims are infamous. That is why we are supporting BJP.
One person said that we are patriotic Muslims and are with the government. We are with whoever thinks about the security of the country first. We have got benefits of many schemes so why not go with BJP?
Campaign to add 25 lakh new members in one day
Today, Bharatiya Janata Party has launched a campaign to add 25 lakh new members in a day in entire Maharashtra including Mumbai. Under this Mahasadayasta campaign, BJP corporators, MLAs, MPs, district heads will organize camps in different districts of Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, Marathwada, Vidarbha, Konkan, Raigarh, North Maharashtra, Western Maharashtra and get new members membership in the party.
The target has been set to include every caste and religion among these new members. In which people of all castes and religions along with Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Parsis, Jains, Buddhists will be given membership of the party. This statewide special member registration will start from Nagpur.
Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis and State President Chandrashekhar Bawankule will launch this membership campaign. Under this campaign, BJP has set a target of making more than 25 lakh members in one day on January 5. Under this entire campaign, there is a plan to make 1.5 crore primary members in Maharashtra by January 20. In this campaign, a target has been given to make at least 250 new people as members of the BJP party at every booth of BJP.
At the same time, work will be done on the plan to make at least 50 thousand new members in every assembly. In this system, a mobile number has been given, after dialing which any person can become a primary member of BJP. On giving a missed call on this mobile number, a message will come, after clicking on which the primary membership form of BJP can be filled. BJP’s organization festival in-charge Ravindra Chavan has been made the head of this membership campaign.
