What did CM say about Mahakumbh?
CM Yogi also talked about the grand event of Mahakumbh and its global recognition. He said, “Mahakumbh and Ayodhya were discussed. I am happy that the opposition has now accepted Mahakumbh and Ayodhya. The reality is that the socialists remember religion only when they find themselves at the last stop of political existence. CM Yogi reiterated the strong presence of Sanatan Dharma in India and said that out of 144 crore population of the country, 110 crore people follow Sanatan traditions. He emphasized that his government is working towards the revival of Buddhism, Jainism and other spiritual sects along with Sanatan Dharma.

Reacting to claims to prevent a particular community from going to Mahakumbh, CM Yogi denied the allegations and said, “No one was stopped. If anyone disrupts the system, he is not allowed to do so. The Samajwadi Party has never had any reverence for Sanatan Dharma, which is why he appointed a non-consent officer to oversee Kumbh during his tenure.
