Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) today (January 24, Friday) launched the new OBD2B-Compliment version of India’s most popular scooter Activa. The initial price of this new 2025 Honda Activa scooter is Rs 80,950 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
It is now available at HMSI dealership across India. Equipped with new features, this updated Activa is designed keeping in mind the changing needs of customers. Many mechanical updates have been made in the updated Activa.
109.51cc single cylinder pgm-fi engine in scooter
These mechanical updates are designed to improve upcoming regulations and customers’ riding experience. This scooter has a 109.51cc single cylinder PGM-Fi engine, which is now OBD2B-Compliment.
Idoling Stop System for Fuel Efficiency
This engine generates power of 5.88 kW at 8,000 rpm and 9.05 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. In addition, it has an idoling stop system to increase fuel efficiency.
Features like 4.2 inch TFT display in this scooter
Talking about the features, the Activa has a new 4.2 -inch TFT display, which has Bluetooth connectivity. It is compatible with the Honda Roadsink app, which provides facilities like navigation and call/message alert.
The Activa will now also get USB Type-C charging port, which allows the rider to charge its device while walking.
Scooter available in three variants and six colors
Activa, retaining its iconic silhout, now comes in the DLX variant with alloy wheels. This scooter has been introduced in three variants – STD, DLX and H -Smart.
Also, this scooter will be available in six color options- Pearl Pressure White, Desent Blue Metallic, Pearl Ignius Black, Matt Axis Gray Metallic, Rebel Red Metallic and Pearl Cyron Blue.
