Heavy traffic jam on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway
New Delhi: Due to farmers’ ‘Delhi Chalo’ march, traffic jams may be seen at some places in Delhi-NCR and Haryana today. According to the latest information, heavy traffic jam is being seen on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Long queues of vehicles are being seen on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Because of this, traffic is moving very slowly.
Police increased vigil
According to the information, farmer organizations have called for Delhi Chalo this afternoon. Due to this, police have increased vigil on many roads of Delhi-Noida border and Delhi-Haryana border. The police have barricaded the border. Due to this, there may be road jams on major roads of Delhi and Haryana. Road jams can be seen in NCR also.
Ban on taking out foot march or procession in Ambala
At the same time, according to the order issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Ambala, there is a ban on taking out any procession on foot, vehicle or other means till further orders. The farmers have been camping at the Shambhu and Khanauri border points between Punjab and Haryana since February 13, 2023, after security forces stopped their march towards Delhi. Farmers have announced a foot march to Delhi.

On the other hand, farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher said that a group of 101 farmers will move towards the national capital. He said that if the Haryana government uses force to stop the first ‘batch’ of 101 farmers from marching towards Delhi, it will expose the government.
