Ramlath spoke about the debut of his son Rishi Raghavendra Deva, where he shared space with his father Prabhu Deva. He said, “It is a matter of pride for him to see his son doing good in his career as a mother.” He further said, ‘Our children are their lives for Prabhu Deva. My son shares a very good bond with God.

Ramlath revealed, ‘Even though he has separated, Prabhu has always been in his contact. Especially when it comes to support their children. He has played his responsibility very well as a father. Talking about his current relationship with Prabhu Deva, Ramlath said that even after his separation, he has always respected each other’s decision and never said anything wrong about them. Prabhu Deva’s X Wife said, ‘If after our divorce, he said anything bad about me, I will get angry with him, but he did not say a single word about me. I will not say anything bad about anyone. ‘

Prabhu Deva and Ramlath’s marriage broke when there was reports of them and South actress Nayantara staying in a live-in relationship. Prabhu Deva first met Ramlath in the early 1990s when he was making a career in choreography in Tamil cinema. Ramlath was a classical dancer, but Ramlath was a Muslim and Prabhu Deva Hindu, so the families of the two were against their relationship. However, Ramlath converted to Hinduism and named himself Lata and both got married in 1995 and both got divorced in 2011.
