Vishwakarma Puja 2024: Tomorrow, i.e. 17th September, is the birth anniversary of Vishwakarma Ji, the architect of the gods. It is believed that Lord Vishwakarma was born on the Chaturdashi date of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month. He is also called the first architect, architect and engineer of the universe. According to religious beliefs, Lord Vishwakarma is the seventh son of Brahma Ji. On the day of Vishwakarma Jayanti, people worship tools and machines for progress and development in their business. Vishwakarma Puja 2024 auspicious time
The best time to worship Lord Vishwakarma will be from 6:07 am to 11:43 am on September 17. Worshiping Vishwakarma Jayanti in this auspicious time will be auspicious and beneficial.
Vishwakarma puja method
- On the day of Vishwakarma Puja, take a bath in the morning and wear clean clothes.
- After this, clean the place of worship or temple and purify it by sprinkling Ganga water.
- Now take a stool and spread a yellow cloth on it.
- Make a Swastika with red kumkum on a yellow cloth and then meditate on Lord Ganesha and bow to him.
- Offer rice and flowers on Swastika. Then place the statue or photo of Vishwakarma ji on the pedestal. Then light a lamp and place it on the pedestal.
- Apply tilak on the forehead of Vishwakarma ji and offer other puja materials.
- Pay obeisance to Vishwakarma ji and Vishnu ji and remember them.
- Also pray that he may grant you progress in your job or business.
- Then chant the mantras of Vishwakarma ji.
- Do the Aarti of Vishwakarma Ji. After the Aarti, offer fruits and sweets to Lord Vishwakarma.
- After offering the food, distribute the Prasad among everyone.
