A young man has been shot dead in the food court under Noida Sector 137 metro station. On receiving the information, police team of Thana 142 and senior officers reached the spot and the young man was taken to the hospital. Here the doctors declared him dead.
Police officials say that the reason for the murder has come to light as a property dispute. 6 teams have been formed to arrest the accused. The accused will be arrested soon.
What did the police say?
Additional CP Shiv Hari Meena said that there was a dispute between the two parties regarding property. Both the parties had gathered under Metro Station 137 to resolve the dispute. During this time, one party shot Navendra Kumar Jha.
The bullet hit Navendra’s head. He was admitted to the hospital but he died there. Police from Thana 142 reached the spot and took possession of Navendra’s body and sent it for post-mortem. Additional CP said that they were eating momos. After eating it, when Navendra was going to the washroom, this incident happened.
The shooters have been identified. Both the parties are residents of Khoda Ghaziabad. There was a dispute between them regarding the property located in Sector 82. 6 teams have been formed to search for the accused. The accused will be arrested soon. (Report by Rahul Thakur from Noida)
