A woman steals a baby from the hospital
Begusarai: A shocking incident has come to light from Begusarai, Bihar. A newborn baby has been stolen from the SNCU of a hospital here. The child’s parents are crying inconsolably and are demanding their child back at any cost. CCTV footage of the child theft has also surfaced, in which an elderly woman is seen stealing the child and taking him away.
What is the whole matter?
A newborn baby has been stolen from the SNCU of Sadar Hospital in Begusarai, CCTV footage of which has also surfaced. You can see in the CCTV that an elderly woman enters the SNCU and takes away the newborn baby wrapped in a cloth.
Actually Nandini Devi, a resident of Lohia Nagar of the city was admitted to Sadar Hospital Begusarai yesterday evening after she suffered from labor pains where Nandini Devi gave birth to a son at 10:30 pm on Saturday night and the child was admitted to the SNCU of Sadar Hospital.
On Sunday evening at 7 o’clock when the child’s family reached SNCU to feed the child and asked the nurse for the child, they found out that the child was missing. On getting the information of the child’s disappearance, there was chaos among the family and all the family members reached SNCU and started a ruckus. The family is very angry with this incident that a newborn child is stolen from Sadar Hospital but no nurse or employee working in SNCU has any idea about it.
Seeing the seriousness of the incident, Civil Surgeon Dr Pramod Kumar Singh also reached Sadar Hospital at 10:15 pm and investigated the entire matter. The Civil Surgeon said that there has been some mistake and it is being investigated. However, sometimes a large number of relatives start coming to meet the child, which also creates confusion, but the child is missing, a complete investigation is being done.
