Mosque lock
Pilibhit: A shocking case has come to light from Pilibhit in UP. A colony here has been accused of building a mosque without passing a map. After the matter came to light, the district administration has issued a notice to the maintenance of the mosque and has sought a reply from them till May 1. At present, the mosque has been locked.
What is the whole matter?
The case is of a mosque built in KGNColony of Nagar Kotwali area. City Magistrate Vijay Vardhan Tomar said, ‘Notices have been given to Shahid Malik, a mosque in KGNColoni of Nagar Kotwali area, stating that the mosque has been constructed without sanctioning the map. He has been asked to respond to the notice by May 1.
After the matter came to light, the mosque administration has banned offer prayers and locked the mosque. The statement of the local people has also come out in this case. People say, “This mosque was built about eight years ago, since then there was a five -time prayer here.”
What did the City Magistrate say?
City Magistrate says that the administration has not given notice to close the mosque. He said that now only the answer has been sought about the map.
Explain that the present government and its policies are quite strict against illegal construction and encroachment. In such a situation, illegal encroachment or construction is being identified by the administration and action is being taken against it. The same action has been taken in this case and in the notice, it has been asked how the construction was done without passing the map?
