
Fire in Lokbandhu Hospital in Lucknow
Lucknow: Big news has come out from Lucknow in UP. There has been a fire in Lokbandhu Hospital here, after which smoke spread everywhere. The fire broke out on the other floor, after which several vehicles of Fire Brigade including DCP South, DCP Eastern reached the spot.
CM Yogi took cognizance
The incident was taken into consideration by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and inquired about the entire incident from the officials on the phone. During this, senior officials reached the spot and the team of fire brigade was also present on the spot. The news also came to light that serious patients will be taken to another center on the spot. At present, there is no danger of life and property.
Fire was controlled
According to the information received, the fire is extinguished and no patient has suffered any damage. Admitted patients have been shifted. There is no public loss due to fire. Cooling work is being done.
DCP South Nipun Aggarwal’s statement came out
The statement of DCP South Nipun Aggarwal has come out in this case. He said that at around 10 pm tonight, police station Krishnanagar received information that there was a fire in the Lokbandhu Hospital under it. After which action was taken immediately and the fire was controlled. People were rescued. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak reached Lokbandhu Hospital, statement surfaced
Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak himself has reached Lokbandhu Hospital and he has taken stock of the situation. Brijesh Pathak said, ‘Smoke was seen on the ground floor. The hospital staff immediately started shifting the patients. About 200 patients have been shifted. Serious patients have been sent to KGMU. Some have also been sent to a civil hospital. There is nothing to worry about right now. The firefighters are inside the building and the work of extinguishing the fire is going on. There are no casualties. All patients are safe. 2-3 patients who were serious have been shifted to KGMU’s ICU ward.
