Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2025 year update model of Smart Hybrid SUV Grand Vitara in India. The SUV now comes with an all wheel drive (AWD) option with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Along with this, the compact SUV will get 17 -inch dual tone alloy wheels, powered driver seat and 6 airbags standard.
The company claims that the Grand Vitara gives a mileage of 27.97kmpl with a hybrid engine. The updated SUV now consists of 18 variants and all these E20 fuel support. New optional (O) variants have been introduced for Jeta, Jeta+, Alpha and Alpha+ variants of Maruti Grand Vitara, in which panoramic sunroof.
It also has a strong hybrid engine with a new delta plus variant, making its Strong Hybrid model cheaper to about Rs 1.5 lakh. There is also a CNG option in Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, whose price is yet to be lifted. The ex-showroom price of the car is between ₹ 11.19 lakh to ₹ 20.68 lakh. Maruti Grand Vitara competes with Hyundai Creta, Kia Celtos, Toyota Hyrider, Skoda Kushak, Folkswagen Tagan and MG Ester.





Interior and features: 8 types of electric adjustable driver seat The 2025 Grand Vitara has 8 types of electric adjustable driver seat, an air purifier with a digital display, rear window Sunshhed and LED cabin light. It has features like 9-inch touchscreen, a digital driver display, auto AC with rear vents, ventilated front seat, heads-up display, wireless phone charger and panoramic sunroof.
The car has 6 airbag standard and electronic parking brakes (only with automatic variants) for safety. The compact SUV car continues to get safety features like 360 degree camera, hill hold assist and disc brakes on all wheels as before.

Performance: 6-speed automatic gearbox with all wheel drive The Grand Vitara with the 2025 model update has an all wheel drive (AWD) setup with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. Earlier, only manual gearbox was given with this driving, which has now been discontinued. Apart from this, there has been no change in the performance of the car.
