A surprising incident is coming out from Delhi. Here at the Mayur Vihar-1 metro station, a man has allegedly tried to commit suicide by jumping down. The person related to the incident kept hanging the railing for half an hour. Eventually he fell down from the railing, injuring him. According to the information, the injured person has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

Delhi Police has given information about the incident at Mayur Vihar-1 metro station. Police said- “It was reported from the station controller of Mayur Vihar-1 Metro that a person named Vikram Sharma (45) has been hanging on the roadside for about half an hour.
The injured were referred to GTB Hospital
Delhi Police has informed that a mobile phone and a paper written by a person who jumped down from the Mayur Vihar-1 metro station has been recovered. Along with this, a metro card and Rs 1,370 cash have been recovered from the person. The injured person has been referred to GTB Hospital for further treatment.

On the other hand, a video of Delhi Metro is going viral in which a young man is sitting inside the metro drinking alcohol and is also seen eating boiled eggs. After this video went viral on social media, the statement of Delhi Metro has also come out. Delhi Metro has appealed in its statement that all passengers should maintain courtesy in public transport while traveling. If someone sees such a disciplinary behavior, he should immediately inform the nearest metro staff or CISF personnel, so that necessary action can be taken. DMRC clarified that drinking alcohol inside the metro is prohibited and passengers are advised to avoid involvement in such activities.
