Method of making gooseberry juice
Amla is very beneficial for health. Amla can be included in the diet in some way. Although the easiest is to drink gooseberry juice. Amla juice is easily available in the market, but there are many types of preservatives added to it which are not good for health. You can make amla juice in the house and drink it. Only a delicious and super healthy juice of Amla can be made by putting it in a grinder. For this, you should buy fresh green amla from any vegetable shop and prepare juice in the house.
How to make Amla juice at home
First step- First of all, take fresh gooseberry, according to the amount of juice you want to make, you can take more or more amla. In about 4-5 gooseberry, 1 big cup of juice is easily ready.
Second step- Wash the gooseberry thoroughly. Now put amla in the jar of the grinder. Add a little black salt, 1 pinch of black pepper and 1 piece of ginger to the gooseberry. Now add half a cup of water and rotate it in the grinder. When the gooseberry becomes fine, add 1 cup of water to it.
Third step- Now put the gooseberry in a sieve or a cloth and filter it. All the juice will come out. It is ready to drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Amla juice on an empty stomach looks the most tasty.
