Earlier, on December 13, Bengaluru Police of Karnataka had pasted a notice outside the Jaunpur residence of Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania. It is written in the notice that there is a need to interrogate you to find out the facts and circumstances. You are directed to appear before the investigating officer at Bengaluru within 3 days. At the same time, Bengaluru Police also went to Jaunpur Court and obtained information related to the case.
After the incident, Atul Subhash’s in-laws have fled somewhere. The video of the time he ran away from home at night was also revealed. In the video, Nikita’s mother and brother were seen running away on the bike. Atul’s family members have filed a case against Nikita and his family in Bengaluru for abetment to suicide.
Atul Subhash had held Nikita and his family responsible
Let us tell you that recently Atul had committed suicide and in the suicide note he had accused his wife and her family of harassment. He also alleged that a judge had demanded a bribe to settle the case. On this matter, Nikita’s family members had said that they regret Atul’s death but they are not guilty of what happened. We will soon come forward with all the evidence. We haven’t done anything wrong.
