Bangladeshi citizens caught in Jaipur
Police has taken a major action in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. 12 Bangladeshis living illegally have been arrested. Police had received input about Bangladeshis living illegally in Jaipur. Bangladeshis had also made fake Indian documents. The team of Bhankrota police station and Cyber Cell Jaipur West carried out the action and recovered many fake documents.
12 Bangladeshis have been arrested from Bhankrota area of Jaipur, in which 6 are adults and 6 are minors. The minors have been sent to the Child Protection Center through CWC. An Indian who helped in making fake documents has also been arrested. Bangladeshi documents have also been recovered along with fake Indian documents.
An Indian associate also arrested
According to DCP West Amit Kumar, on October 20, information was received from an informer about the presence of suspected Bangladeshis in Bhankrota police station area. On information, special teams were formed under the direction of Additional DCP West Alok Singhal and ACP Bagru Hemendra Sharma. After verification, the police team arrested six adult suspects, a Bangladeshi man and woman and an Indian associate.
The teams raided a JDA flats located in Jaisinghpura. Sohag Khan’s family was found in the flat. When the flat was searched, suspicious documents of the entire family were found. Documents of his being Bangladeshi were also found. Among the Indian documents, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Indian Passport and certificates of Bangladesh along with other identity cards were recovered.
